Introducing The CHRO Series!
As a former HR practitioner, and now as a consultant, it’s important to ensure my skills and experiences remain relevant so we can provide the strategic support our clients have come to expect from unHR.
Certainly, the landscape of the workforce and the role of the CHRO has changed the last few years and to stay relevant, I was struggling to find classes or resources to support my learning. I called many of my trusted HR leader friends, and they expressed the same frustration. So, I decided I would curate those classes for the HR community!
Thus, I am proud to announce the birth of The CHRO Series!
The CHRO Series will be series of learning sessions about the major issues impacting the role of the CHRO today. Today those topics might include things such as implementing ESG and corporate sustainability plans, actionable strategies based on real business intelligence, and impactful DEI methodologies to name a few. This group will be comprised of senior HR leaders who come together to learn, share and support each other and the success of their respective businesses.
If you are a CHRO, VP of HR or otherwise hold the top role in HR in your organization comprised of at least 1,000 employees in any sector, please reach out to me to connect and learn more.
(And stay tuned for an upcoming announcement about our first session on September 14th, People Analytics, Under The Headlines.)
